Appteve purchase rules:

1.Taking into account that we sell intellectual property (IP) that can not be returned and/ or exchanged (source code, ideas, implementation, design) the return of IP is not possible and no refunds policy is applied.

The no-refund policy is also applicable to the following cases or similar to:
1.1 “I don’t like functionality of application”
1.2  “I did not know that you need to use a computer mac to develop applications for iOS”
1.3  “I don’t have required expertise to deploy”
1.4  “I made a purchase by mistake”
1.5  “I don’t need this source code”
1.6  “I’ve changed my attitude to the product”
1.7  “I don’t have additional access to the code because I didn’t download it within allowed period of download and expiration of download time limit”. After purchase clients are required to download the product within 24 hrs.

2. Refund will not be any work studio, which the user has ordered and which includes:
2.1 Customization of the script
2.2 Adding or removing features of the application
2.3 Set the server-side applications
2.4 Configuring application
2.5 Remote connection to the user for configuration script
2.6 Work on the coloring scheme application
2.7 Paid work studio support
2.8 Payment for the extended user support

3. Terms of application development:
3.1 The user is required before the start of work to make an advance payment of 100 per cent of the project cost .
3.2 After completion of the work, the user must pay the remaining amount of the project no later than two days.
3.3 User files are sent to the user only after full payment of the project no later than within two days.
3.4 An advance payment for the project is non-refundable.
3.5 The user has the right to request to view a demo application no earlier than 17 days.
3.6 The total cost of the project is non-refundable, due to the fact that a digital product, it Intellectual property that does not have physical properties and can not be returned.
3.7 Prepayment for the project can not be returned in full, as the development of the project has already spent some time studio staff.
3.8 Refunds are made within 60 days from the date of agreement between the parties.

4. Right now we receive many emails and requests for support than we can manage quickly. Many times we can answer the same day but others take much longer. Before you send a request for support please read the entries below:

4.1 Support doesn’t mean customization.
4.2 Support doesn’t mean installation.
4.3 Support doesn’t mean upload application on AppStore.
4.4 Read the full documentation file.
4.5 Check if your question is not already in the suport group
4.6 We do not give support for third party code in this case you need contact the authors.
4.7 We do not support errors caused by strong modification to the original files.
4.8 We do customizations but this is not included in the package price. To get a quote for a modification you can send an email or create ticket
4.9 We can’t teach how to code in Objective-C, C++, Java or any other language.
4.10 We have the right to refuse to support the user unilaterally without explanation
4.11 We do not teach the software development environment. For this read the Official documentation.
4.12 We do not give advice to users how to change, add or remove functions in the application
4.13 We do not give advice to users how to change the design in the application.
4.14 The product is deprived of support if the user has independently made changes to the product code
4.15 We do not guarantee the correct operation of the product if the user himself made changes to the product code

Regular License allows use of the item in one single end product which end users are not charged to access or use. You can do this directly or, if you’re a freelancer, you can create the end product for one client to distribute free to its end users. You can charge your client to produce the single end product. Distribution of source files is not permitted.

Working time studio

  • The studio is open from 10 am to 5 pm, except weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, Official holidays)
  • Response time on the ticket — from 20 minutes up to 5 business days (depending on staff availability)
  • Studio  and support do not work around the clock.
